digging up

obviously, to start your garden you must first dig into the earth. this is where i'm beginning. i started (very) slowly. but my lovely friend jerre came to help and things quickly improved. more photos to come soon.

yeah. so. i take photo breaks.

also, i'm thinking maybe this garden will be a physical manifestation of my soul. maybe. i'm digging now, finding what's under this dead grass, these weeds. finding there are grub worms beneath, value and promise. things to look forward to. underestimated, if even by my own head.

we'll see what grows.
